The Bloody Mary Festival is storming back to New York City after a three-year hiatus, turning Brooklyn’s BKLoft26 into a boozy brunch battleground on March 21, 2026. Over 1,000 cocktail fanatics, foodies, and influencers will dive into 15 of the city’s wildest Bloody Marys, from celery-stuffed classics to garnish towers tall enough to count as lunch.
A Triumphant Return to Roots
This marks the festival’s eighth NYC edition and 13th year overall, last held here in 2023 after a 2014-2019 streak. Founder Evan Weiss calls it “part tasting, part discovery,” where attendees sip inventive pours from top bars like Crif Dogs, Lunch Lobster Roll, Bar Chuzo, and mix makers such as Sunday’s Bloody Mary Mix. “The Bloody Mary mirrors NYC life—no two are alike, and that’s the thrill,” Weiss says, comparing its unpredictability to the city’s pulse.
Sip, Vote, and Crown Kings
Expect house-infused vodkas, bold spices, and garnishes that steal the show. Guests vote for the People’s Choice Award, while expert judges pick the Best Bloody Mary and Best Garnish winners.
