The New Face of Fun
Why Gen Zalpha’s Favorite Skincare Brand Is Coming to a Store Near You
Urban Outfitters teams up with teen founder Coco Granderson to bring accessible, joy-filled skincare to 60 locations nationwide
There’s something undeniably electric about discovering a beauty brand that just gets you. The kind that doesn’t talk down to you, doesn’t overwhelm you with a 12-step routine, and actually understands that skincare should feel less like a chemistry experiment and more like a little moment of daily joy.
Enter Yes Day Beauty—the brainchild of 14-year-old entrepreneur Coco Granderson—which has just landed exclusively at Urban Outfitters stores nationwide and online. And honestly? It’s the collaboration we didn’t know we needed.

The Scoop

Urban Outfitters has quietly been building something special in the beauty space, and this partnership marks a significant milestone. For the first time ever, Yes Day is making its brick-and-mortar debut in the U.S., with the collection now available in 60 stores across the country. It’s a move that feels both intuitively right and refreshingly forward-thinking.
“We’re always looking for brands that genuinely reflect how our customers engage with beauty,” shares Karen Booker, Head of Merchandising for Non-Apparel at Urban Outfitters. “Yes Day stood out because it was created to solve a real need. Coco couldn’t find products that felt right for her generation, so she built it herself.”
The Backstory
Here’s where it gets interesting. Yes Day wasn’t cooked up in a corporate boardroom—it was born from a 14-year-old’s frustration with an industry that often overlooks the youngest skincare enthusiasts. Granderson, who developed the line alongside award-winning cosmetic chemist Ron Robinson, wanted to create something that felt age-appropriate without sacrificing effectiveness.
The result? A thoughtfully edited collection that takes the guesswork out of skincare. The lineup features the brand’s proprietary Yes Magic™ complex—a gentle blend of probiotics, moisture magnets, and antioxidants that supports healthy, hydrated skin without the unnecessary bells and whistles.

The Lineup
Keep it simple, keep it effective. The collection includes:
- Float Foam™ Cleanser ($24) – A gentle daily wash that doesn’t strip
- Whip Dream Moisturizer ($32) – Lightweight hydration that sinks right in
- Inner Beam™ Hydration Mist ($19) – A refreshing spritz for anytime moisture
- Lip Sweetie™ Lip Mask ($15) – Now available in new Yuzu Sorbet, because lips deserve love too
“There’s something about being able to touch, feel, and experience a product in person,” says Granderson. “Having our first U.S. retail home at a place that’s known for discovering what’s next allows us to reach even more young people as they begin building healthy skincare habits.”

The collection is available now at select Urban Outfitters locations and online at UrbanOutfitters.com.
A Primer That Cares: Laura Geller’s Bestseller Earns Eczema Association Recognition
The Spackle Hydrate primer receives the NEA Seal of Acceptance—and Fran Drescher fronts the new campaign
For anyone with sensitive skin, finding a primer that works without causing irritation can feel like a challenge. Laura Geller Beauty’s bestselling Spackle Skin Perfecting Primer: Hydrate has just earned the National Eczema Association (NEA) Seal of Acceptance, becoming one of the first makeup primers to receive the designation.
The NEA Seal is awarded to products that meet standards set by the organization, which serves over 31 million Americans living with eczema. The recognition signals that the primer has been evaluated and found suitable for people with eczema and sensitive skin.

Laura Geller, the brand’s founder, says the milestone is meaningful. “I have always believed that beauty should never come at the cost of your skin’s health,” she shares. “So many of our customers live with eczema, rosacea, and other skin sensitivities, and they deserve to know that the products they trust are truly formulated with their well-being in mind.”
The primer is also recognized by the National Psoriasis Foundation as safe for individuals with psoriasis.

To mark the occasion, the brand is launching a campaign featuring Fran Drescher—actress and longtime brand ambassador—as the face of the initiative. Drescher, who has been vocal about health and wellness, says she was drawn to the brand’s commitment. “Being part of a campaign that truly walks the walk was something I couldn’t say no to,” she notes.
The campaign rolls out today across digital, social, and retail channels.
K18 Expands Beyond Repair with Three New Product Initiatives
Biotech haircare brand launches longevity serum, next-generation purple shampoo, and global campaign for its repair mask
EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — K18, the biotechnology-powered haircare brand, is rolling out three major initiatives in 2026, marking a significant expansion beyond its signature molecular repair mask.

FutureIQ: A New Category in Hair Longevity

The brand’s most significant launch since its breakthrough molecular repair mask is FutureIQ, a biomimetic hair longevity serum designed to address premature hair aging. Priced at $120, the serum targets shedding, early graying, and scalp aging before visible signs accelerate.
Unlike traditional haircare products that treat symptoms after they appear, FutureIQ takes a biology-first approach. The serum is powered by proprietary MultiVital technology, combining biomimetic peptides, a root-anchoring complex, and advanced antioxidants to support oxidative defense, follicle anchoring, pigmentation, and scalp resilience.
“We’re shifting from correction to preservation,” said Suveen Sahib, K18 co-founder and CEO. “That shift is what hair longevity is about, and we believe it represents the next frontier of haircare.”
Clinical testing showed up to 19,000 hairs retained after three months of nightly use, with 70% of participants showing fewer grays and 100% showing improved scalp barrier function. The serum launches August 5 through k18hair.com, Sephora, and Amazon Beauty.
TripleBright: A Science-Driven Purple Shampoo

Earlier this year, K18 introduced TripleBright Oxidation Defense Purple Shampoo, a reformulation of the traditional purple shampoo category. The product works in three dimensions: remove, neutralize, and defend.
The formula removes up to three months of brass-causing hard water and mineral buildup in a single wash, neutralizes unwanted yellow tones with calibrated violet pigments, and uses a biopolymer to defend against future discoloration.
The non-staining, foam-based format addresses common complaints about purple shampoos, including over-toning and uneven deposits. TripleBright is available now through Sephora and K18’s website.
The Hair Flip Campaign

K18 also launched a global campaign in January centered on its hero product, the Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask. Led by red carpet personality Cole Walliser, the campaign invites consumers to participate in a Guinness World Record attempt for the most hair flip videos shared on social media within 24 hours.

For every flip posted, K18 donates $20 to HairToStay, a nonprofit that provides financial assistance for scalp cooling treatments to cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
The campaign reinforces the brand’s core technology: the patented K18PEPTIDE, which works at the molecular level to reverse damage in four minutes.
A Unified Strategy
The brand offers a ecosystem for hair health—from the repair mask that reverses existing damage to the purple shampoo that preserves color-treated hair to the longevity serum that addresses aging before it accelerates.
FutureIQ launches August 5 at $120. TripleBright is available now. The Hair Flip campaign runs through February 28.
